The 2026 Hehe Culture Forum, themed "Hehe For Lasting Progress--Walking Together Along the Great Way" opened on October 27 in Tiantai County, Taizhou. Guests from around the world convened under the theme of Hehe—the Chinese pursuit of harmony and coexistence—to engage in dialogue and exchange. At the forum, an award ceremony was held for Outstanding Overseas Stations of Hehe Culture. The Sanmen Hehe Culture Overseas Station (Argentina) was named a 2026  Hehe Culture Outstanding overseas Station, marking the fourth consecutive year it has received the honor. The station has become a key grassroots platform in Latin America for spreading Hehe culture and advancing exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.

10月27日，以“和合致远，大道同行”为主题的2026和合文化论坛在台州天台举行，全球各地嘉宾以“和合”为媒开展对话交流。活动现场颁授“和合文化优秀海外驿站”，三门和合文化海外驿站（阿根廷）获评2026年度优秀驿站，至此已连续四年斩获该荣誉，成为拉美地区传播和合文化、推动中外文明交流互鉴的重要民间窗口。

Established in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2023, the station is directed by Chen Min, a wushu champion originally from Sanmen. In cooperation with the Argentine Wushu Association, the station has placed Hehe culture at the center of its communication agenda. Since the start of this year, taking traditional festivals such as the Spring Festival and the Dragon Boat Festival as opportunities, it has organized a series of well-themed and substantive cultural exchange activities, reaching an audience of more than 10,000 in total. The station has held 10 Hehe culture events, and these activities have been covered on multiple occasions by major central media outlets such as Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily and CCTV; Chen Min has given exclusive interviews to Xinhua News Agency, China News Service (CNS) and Women of China.

三门和合文化海外驿站（阿根廷）于2023年正式落地阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯，由三门籍武术世界冠军陈敏担任站长。依托阿根廷武术协会，该驿站始终以“和合文化”为核心传播主线，今年以来借助春节、端午等节点，组织实施一系列主题鲜明、内涵丰富的文化交流活动，覆盖人数过万人次；累计开展10场和合文化活动，相关活动多次受到新华社、《人民日报》和央视等主流媒体报道，陈敏本人也受到新华社、中新社、《中国女性》等媒体采访报道。

  当地时间2月16日，陈敏率队赴萨尔塔省开展全国武术教练员培训，并现场赠送春联，将武术文化与新年祝福结合。

当地时间5月10日，驿站主办第三届“中国在卢汉”文化节，现场五星红旗冉冉升起，各类文艺表演轮番上演，各类中国特色商品吸引市民驻足观赏。

当地时间8月8日-9日，驿站主办第三届“武英杯”2026国际武术大赛，11个国家共计500余名武术爱好者齐聚赛场。

Beyond cultural outreach, the station also functions as a platform to showcase Sanmen's city image overseas. Promotional short films about Sanmen have been screened across Argentina, while local signature products and industries—including Sanmen seafood specialties, outdoor jackets and blue crabs—have made their way to overseas markets. The station brings the landscapes and rural stories of this mountain-and-sea county to audiences across Latin America, enabling cultural exchange and trade cooperation to reinforce and promote each other.

在传播文化的同时，驿站也是三门城市形象走向世界的推介平台。三门主题外宣短片在阿根廷陆续展播，三门小海鲜、冲锋衣、青蟹产业等本土特色产品和产业同步借船出海，把山海三门的风貌与乡土故事带到拉美民众面前，推动文化交流与经贸往来相互带动、彼此成就。

当地时间9月12日，驿站登上第51届阿根廷全国传统香肠节舞台开展公益武术展演，展演间隙，学员身着三门冲锋衣保暖两件套亮相。

"In wushu, internal and external are brought into unity, and its essence is precisely the Way of Hehe harmony," Chen said in a telephone interview. She explained that the station will continue to leverage its bridging role, hosting wushu exchanges, cultural exhibitions and online sharing sessions. It will serve as a custodian of traditional Chinese culture, a messenger of Hehe culture and a storyteller of Sanmen, supporting dialogue among civilizations through people-to-people exchanges and contributing to the overseas dissemination of Chinese wushu and the transmission of Chinese culture.

“武术讲究内外合一，内核正是和合之道。” 陈敏在电话采访中说道，接下来驿站将继续发挥纽带优势，持续举办武术交流、文化展览、线上分享等活动，当好中国传统文化的传承者、和合文化的传播者、三门故事的讲述者，以民间交流助力文明对话，持续为中华武术海外传播、中华文化海外传承贡献力量。

Hehe Culture Overseas Stations constitute a key platform for Taizhou to advance the international communication of Chinese culture. To date, Taizhou has established 33 such stations across five continents, regularly organizing cross-cultural exchange activities so that the centuries-old wisdom of Hehe can travel across mountains and seas to the world. Moving forward, Sanmen will continue to make full use of its Argentine station, deepen international outreach, and present to the world the distinctive appeal of a modern coastal bay city.

和合文化海外驿站是台州推进中华文化国际传播的重要阵地。目前，台州已在全球五大洲布局33家驿站，常态化开展跨文化交流活动，让千年和合智慧跨越山海、走向世界。接下来，三门将持续用好阿根廷驿站这一平台，深耕对外传播，向世界展现现代化海湾城市的独特魅力。
